Immunizations Requirement
The child must have the immunizations required before entering the program. Please refer to the Immunizations Requirements link below to view immunization requirements.
Residency Verification
Must show proof of residency within the Chula Vista Elementary School District. Please refer to the Required Documents link below to view acceptable residency verification documentation.
IEP
Be sure to upload the most recent copy of your child’s IEP to the registration.

Before the end of the school year and as part of the IEP process, a transition meeting will be scheduled for your child. Based on the IEP transition meeting, the team and you will discuss services and placement recommended for the 2025-26 school year.
- Please select your homeschool when registering, the Special Education Department will then change the school to the recommended site.
- If currently registered in Special Education Preschool, contact your child's case manager if you have questions regarding your child's IEP or placement for the 2025-26 school year.

School Assignment Letter
Once you have completed registration, over the summer break, a letter will be mailed to your home to indicate the location of the recommended services.
